As 2024 winds down, I’m reminded that every year is a chapter in the story of growth and this year, the PM enterprise turned a page that’s setting us up for a powerful 2025. From new opportunities to deepened impact, we’re rolling into the new year with the pedal down, ready to maximize results and grow our leaders of today and tomorrow. There’s something electrifying about closing out a strategic leadership retreat. It’s a shot of adrenaline, seeing the synergy and brilliance of a team that’s not just good but exceptional. Speaking of exceptional one thing I know for sure is that with Erin Harris as our President, success and excellence aren’t just goals they’re guarantees.
