Exciting News!?PCA America has recently been awarded?$1.7 million?from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help make our communities even stronger! This incredible support will boost our efforts to prevent child abuse and ensure that families everywhere can thrive together. With this funding, PCA America will focus on key initiatives, including: - Essentials for Childhood Community of Practice for Self-Supported States?and? - Engaging People with Lived Experience to Advance Equity in Prevention of Interpersonal Violence (IPV). This collaborative effort with the CDC will co-design strategies to strengthen injury and violence prevention nationwide, ensuring that lived experiences shape these approaches. At PCA America, we believe every child deserves a happy and healthy future, and with this grant, we're one step closer to making that a reality! Thank you to everyone who supports our mission!
