A major milestone in our growth was opening our new pediatric office in Jasper, where we welcomed 100 attendees at our open house. With consistent 25-30% annual growth, 2024 was our best year yet—a testament to the trust and support of our patients and community. Giving back has always been part of our mission. Introducing Tina Barajas, our new Nurse Practitioner at the Canton office! Tina brings extensive experience and a passion for patient-centered care to Prestige Medical Group: ?? Spent four years in the Neurology ICU at Kennestone Hospital, gaining invaluable experience in critical care. ?? Has been specializing in Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, and geriatric care as a Nurse Practitioner since 2021. ?? Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of North Georgia and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Kennesaw State University. Tina is dedicated to providing individualized care to manage both chronic and acute illnesses with compassion and expertise. We are thrilled to introduce Stephanie Tyson, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, who will be serving patients at our Jasper office. Stephanie brings a wealth of experience to her new role: ?? Earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA. ?? Gained invaluable experience at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, working on the hematology/oncology floor and in the emergency department. ?? Served as a hospice case manager and most recently specialized in hematology and oncology as a nurse practitioner. ?? Stephanie is excited to transition to primary care, where she will focus on building long-term patient relationships, preventative medicine, and managing acute and chronic illnesses.
