We're making moves in our nation's capital! ??? Our Executive Director Lindsey Derrington is joining advocates from around the country for National Preservation Advocacy Week in Washington, D.C, hosted by Preservation Action and the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers. Today, they met with Austin-area Rep. Lloyd Doggett - an invaluable ally to the preservation movement, he is the only member of the House Historic Preservation Caucus from Texas. And he's a Preservation Austin member too! Our non-profit advocates for critical preservation programs and policies at the local, state, and federal levels year-round.
