Last night we celebrated our very own, Samantha Haun, CTS on her 40 under 40 award! PCC’s President was recognized for being an ambitious, hardworking, and civic minded individual who has made significant contributions to the region. Not only does Samantha fearlessly lead our company, she does it with a smile, a positive attitude, a thoughtfulness for others, and an unmatched generosity. PCC would not be the company it is without her. We appreciate her leadership, her discernment, her commitment, and her vocal artistry. Cheers to such an achievement!

PCC takes great pride in recognizing and appreciating a strong ?? team, so for the second year in a row we hosted our Operations Appreciation event at the Buffalo ?? Sabres Game! It’s always such a great time to get everyone together, especially our Buffalo team! Our installation team is the last people in our company to have contact with our customers before we turn over a completed system to them. It’s not an easy job; it’s very technical, physically demanding, long hours, a lot of travel, and time away from their families. We certainly couldn’t do what we do as a company without them, and we appreciate it all! GO TEAM! ??

3 years of business ownership later, and the same tradition of Daniella’s for dinner on our closing date is still alive! They say the first 3 years of business ownership is when you learn the most, and when you get good! I couldn’t agree more! The past 3 years has taught us a lot! We’ve had a lot of wins, some losses, some learning experiences, and some really amazing experiences, taken feedback far from lightly, and made some serious investments in our company to better the experience for our customers and our employees. As a team, we certainly don’t claim to do everything right all the time, but when we don’t, you can bet that we all care tremendously and will do whatever we can to make it right all the time! We have the most solid, core group of employees around who all care and take tremendous pride in their work. They all wake up everyday, putting their best foot forward to make sure they don’t let their fellow team member down. What else can you ask for out of your team? Incredibly thankful to be surrounded by so many amazing people everyday and proud to get to call them my team! Last, but certainly not least, thank you to our amazing customers!
