Cathedral Village, Philadelphia, recently celebrated 92 dedicated team members at our annual Years of Service Luncheon! Those honored have achieved employment milestones of either 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, or 20 years. We’d like to give a special shout out to 4 Cathedral Village’s longest-standing team members – we are so lucky to have you on our team!! Mirror, mirror on the Wall... Where's a great place to work after all? ?? Kirkland Village transformed into a fairy tale world as the residents enjoyed a whimsical Snow White-themed lunch and movie. PSL welcomes Chris Holt as our new Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing With over three decades of healthcare leadership experience, Chris brings extensive expertise in strategic innovation, brand development and customized experience design to this pivotal role. As a key member of PSL’s executive leadership team, Chris will provide strategic leadership to PSL's Sales and Marketing teams while overseeing the development of brand positioning and organizational communication strategy. Prior to joining PSL, Ms. Holt served as Executive Vice President/COO of Redeemer Health's Life Care Division, where she successfully led seven residential communities and implemented comprehensive operational improvements resulting in enhanced operating results and increased occupancy rates. She holds dual master's degrees from Temple University - an MBA in Health Care Administration and a Master of Science in Health Care Finance, both achieved with Cum Laude honors. Welcome Chris!
