Our Chewuch River project was an Archello House of the Month in April! A high, linear roof gestures emphatically toward the river and foothills beyond, forming a primary axis. A low, rectilinear form intersects, creating a distinctive cruciform plan that informs all design moves in this small home. https://lnkd.in/gzn-9bDP

“Ellie and Bob loved the land and, in particular, the wildflowers carpeting the ground beneath the trees, and wanted to ‘build in a way that would keep the integrity of that land as much as possible,’ Ellie said.
