It’s official!?? Padel is recognised by the?International Committee of the Mediterranean Games (ICMG) and is included in the core programme of the 20th Mediterranean Games Taranto 2026 ???? ?? The Padel tournament will be open to all National Olympic Committees (NOCs), with each nation allowed to enter a maximum of two men’s pairs, two women’s pairs, and one mixed pair. The competition is expected to take place over 5-7 days. ?? The event will feature top athletes from the Mediterranean region. The dates for the Mediterranean Games are set from August 21 to September 3, 2026, and will be held in the beautiful Puglia region in Italy ???? ? ?? Luigi Carraro, President of FIP, stated: "Following our participation in the European Games 2023 , this marks another significant milestone for our sport in a major multi-sport event."
