Jonathan has been leading the PremierFMS team in Milwaukee for over two years and has over a decade of experience in Wisconsin Self-Direction. His experience with advancing self-direction and consumer-directed care services in Milwaukee and throughout Wisconsin is important as PremierFMS continues to enhance the supports and services offered to families in Wisconsin. As part of our ongoing mission to improve the participant experience, PremierFMS has made several improvements to our processes in Wisconsin. These include enhancing our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) services, expanding the Call Center capabilities, and streamlining our payroll processing. These developments would not be possible without our dedicated and hard-working team.
