We have big plans ahead in 2025... Interest in rugby continues to grow daily, and we're proud to be the leading organization in the U.S. that is growing the game for women and men. We can't wait to build on the momentum we saw in 2024, which included 23 PR7s players medaling in Paris and expanding our reach to 12.2 million fans surrounding our record-breaking Portland event. The series kicks off Sunday, Feb. 2. “This Coaching Development Series is part of our commitment to provide opportunities for coaches to improve their skills by interacting with experienced coaches. Our players, partners, staff, and fans helped set a new standard at the PR7s All-Star Tournament in Portland on Nov. 17, smashing historical benchmarks for the competition and elevating rugby in North America. Drawing a record-breaking crowd of nearly 5,000 loud and energetic fans in the pouring rain, PR7s delivered an unforgettable showcase of elite rugby, featuring six electrifying professional matches including the U.S. and Canadian National Team, 25 Olympians, and nine medalists. “The success of the PR7s All-Star Tournament shows that rugby has arrived in the United States. The record-breaking attendance and global broadcast reach are clear signals that this summer has changed the game for the sport. We're thrilled to announce that Rugby Canada's Women’s Sevens Team, fresh off their silver-medal win in Paris, will join the PR7s All-Star Tournament on Sunday, Nov. 17 at Providence Park in Portland. The tournament will now include a highly anticipated matchup between the silver medal-winning Canadians and the bronze medal-winning USA women’s team. The U.S. and Canadian women, in addition to the U.S. men, will compete against their counterparts from the PR7s All-Stars, which features past Olympians, legends of the game, and other top players.
