This opportunity marks a significant milestone in our partnership with Dermody Properties as our first project together in the Southern California Region. The PREMIER team has delivered the 253,318 SF LEED Silver industrial facility, Union Commerce Center for REDA (Real Estate Development Associates) LLC, and Clarion Partners LLC. The new construction offers 6,800 SF of office space, a 36’ clear height, 35 dock doors, and 2 drive-in doors.
