关于我们

When it comes to law school admissions, the reality is that many 'experts' either never went to law school, or spent more time in law school than working as an actual lawyer. If you wouldn't ask a pilot what it's like to be a dentist, why should law school or your career, be any different? Whether it's exploring the law, getting into the right law school or making the most of your career (whatever the industry) PreLawPro is where expertise meets action. Don't gamble on your future - invest in it.

Summer is not just a break—it's an opportunity! And yes, it's freezing this time of year, but it's not too early to start thinking about how to spend the summer. It will be here before you know it! As much as the idea of lounging around every day all day sounds fantastic, summers are the foundation on which the next phase of your professional development is built. How do you make the most of it? "Learning, earning, or volunteering." - Knock out some college credit hours -Find an opportunity to work or intern somewhere. Remember, you don't need to be working in an AM100 firm while you're in college. Working in construction, food service, or retail can still prove to be great opportunities. Don't worry if you can't get a paid role or internship in a law firm - law schools don't expect it! Finally, summers are a great time to simply volunteer! Give up some time and serve your community, be it 'Meals on Wheels,' VBS, or simply helping out at an animal shelter. Bottom line? Experience builds on itself, so take every opportunity that comes your way; you never know where it will lead. #SummerOpportunities #StudentSuccess #CareerDevelopment

Gen-Z has hit the job market, like it or love it, the genie is out of the bottle. I recently did a podcast with Heather Moulder dealing with how to get the most out of Gen-Z team members. Along with many other conversations I've had with firms and fellow consultants, it revealed a combination of intergenerational tension and confusion. Are you struggling to connect with your Gen-Z team members? You're not alone! I’m seeing these dynamics play out in real time and its impact on workplace dynamics. Here's the truth: Gen-Z isn't just glued to TikTok. They're reshaping the workplace, and it's time we caught up! Ignoring this reality is like sticking your head in the sand. 5 Keys to Unlocking Gen-Z Potential: ? Authenticity > Authority: Ditch the corporate speak. Be real. ? Purpose-Driven Work: Show them the 'why' behind tasks. ? Digital Natives ≠ Tech Support: Leverage their digital fluency; don't exploit it. ? Feedback Frequency: Think Snapchat, not Annual Reviews. ? Work-Life Integration: Flexibility isn't a perk, it's a necessity (see point 2). ?? Hot Take: The managers who can master Gen-Z communication will lead the workforce of tomorrow - and it’s just around the corner. ?? Want more insights on bridging generational gaps in your team? Let's connect! Drop a "?" in the comments if you'd like to grab a virtual coffee and dive deeper. #LeadershipTips #GenZWorkforce #FutureOfWork #PreLawPro P.S. Managers, what's your biggest challenge with Gen-Z? Share below, let's problem-solve together! Monday morning I’ll offer some thoughts for Gen-Z to consider…
