Our team had the privilege of onboarding one of our new Inside Sales Reps (Tabatha Brown), guiding her through the details of how our Operations Team drives the outstanding work we do. I had the opportunity to provide a hands-on, in-person "Ride Along" experience, showcasing both Completed and ongoing Projects, giving her a firsthand look at the fieldwork behind our success. Meanwhile, Matthew Phillips shared invaluable insights into the financial aspects of our Operations Team, giving her a well-rounded understanding of our processes.
