"If I could clone myself and be in all places at once, that would be great." Any #leaders out there ever feel the same? We asked Coastal Hand & Occupational Therapy Co-Owner and Occupational Therapist, Jeff Arnold, how he uses the data in Practice Intel to run his business better, and here's what he said: 1. He monitors how well his providers are keeping up with documentation. Are they charting at night? Coming in super early? This is how he knows when he needs to step in and help so they stay healthy and engaged. 2. He reviews which ICD-10 codes and payers are coming in so he can plan caseloads appropriately. Jeff says, "If somebody's coming in for a distal radius fracture versus a CMC arthroplasty versus carpal tunnel, what is the expectation on the number of visits that we're going to see that person for on average, and how can we kind of plan that out for caseloads." 3. He monitors the business's productivity because as much as clinicians don't enjoy thinking about the business's financial health, "If we're not paying attention to that, then people don't have jobs and then people don't get taken care of." What do you wish you had visibility to? How would you use time-to-sign-off, CPT coding insights, and compliance data if you had it?

Most clinics offer PTO and health benefits, but they won't all offer their therapists AI scribing or the right tools to get them home on time. Include your use of AI scribing in every job description. ? Post it on your social media accounts, specifically on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is the starting point for many professionals. They follow organizations they admire and keep their eye out for openings. This is a great opportunity to brag about how your therapists don't have to take their notes home with them. ? Put it on the careers page of your website. We have a "Why PredictionHealth?" on the careers page of our website; you should have something similar. This is a good place to highlight AI scribing as one of the reasons rehab therapists should choose you over other clinics that are hiring for similar positions. ? Equip your recruiters with easy talking points about AI scribing.?Your recruiters should be versed on the benefits of AI scribing and the feedback from your team.
