I got a business lesson this week…while duck hunting! ?? I love a good bird hunt and this week it was a Duck Hunt at The Grove Hunting Club with my banker and business partner. Even got to see a Duck Dynasty legend, John Godwin, work a duck call and shoot clean up on our misses! This won’t be shocking to most of you, but my favorite part of a bird hunt, beyond the brotherhood, is watching the dogs work! ?? ?? Watching a well-trained dog retrieve ducks is just special… the precision, focus, and execution all come together perfectly. But that kind of performance doesn’t just happen…it takes consistent training, discipline, and trust between the dog and its trainer. It’s a perfect analogy for your shop!
