In honor of Women in Construction Week, we’d like you to meet Mandy Erst. Mandy joined Precision Turf as our Marketing Coordinator and has hit the ground running. From graphic design, video and photography, to creating industry-leading proposals, Mandy has a hand in all things creative. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a passion for design and communications as well as a keen sense of detail that upholds Precision Turf’s high expectations for quality.? ? When asked what Women in Construction Week means to her, Mandy shared “As a woman working in a male dominated field, I‘ve been extremely blessed to work with my team at Precision Turf who are nothing short of supportive, encouraging, and respectful, but I know that it’s not like that everywhere. WIC week is a great way to spread awareness about gender equality in the workplace and celebrate the many women who are dominating in construction today. Having always had a passion for building and creating, I am proud to drive around town and see projects to which I’ve contributed. ??? On March 31st, 2023 we completed the final walk-through of our newly installed synthetic turf at our Grizzly Soccer Complex ???? A mesmerizing multi-step process of removing the old turf, leveling the sub-surface, laying down the new carpet, installing all lines, boxes, hash mark, etc. and filling with rubber/sand. Of course, we had to stripe it this time ?? Shout out to Precision Turf LLC and FieldTurf for their removal and install efforts - delievering the project 2 weeks ahead of schedule??

#PrecisionTurf, LLC has been selected as the Playing Field Contractor for the 2026 #worldcup at #MercedesBenzStadium.?We are currently working with Kimley-Horn and Mercedes Benz Stadium on Phase I of major stadium infrastructure upgrades to meet the stringent pitch requirements of the World Cup Organization.??Upgrades include SubAir ready drainage, irrigation booster pump, a big gun irrigation system for Atlanta United, In-ground Irrigation for the Natural Turf World Cup Field, cast in place concrete cable tray for World Cup television broadcast, and conduit installation to power grow lights that will keep the natural turf alive and thriving indoors. The natural grass pitch will be installed ahead of the World Cup tournament. This requires removing the existing FieldTurf system and replacing it with a high-performance sand- based field. Phase II will include installation of a gravel layer, completing the SubAir system, completing the in-ground irrigation, installing rootzone, and sod.
