A big shout out to Universal Robots for organizing Collaborate 2025 and bringing together the eco-system of partners and customer to empower the future of manufacturing. We had great feedback from Jake Hall and other industry professionals on our IO-Link UR cap showing plug and program connections with SMC, Piab - A brand by Piab Group, Balluff Americas and many other products. We look forward to releasing that product with our partner ifm (TJ Berlin) in the coming weeks. Also, Samuel Meyer is a rock star.

This.
2 years ago I presented a concept to a customer (Joshua Buelow) for an automation company providing not only automation equioment, but automation talent. Today Elizabeth Maschke, CEG, a member of the Robotic WorX pilot program and Precision Cobotics intern, accepted a full-time role to strengthen the automation capabilities of one of our valued customers. The presentation looked a little something like this: *PCI gets people to build machine *Customer gets machine *Customer gets automation engineers to support their machine(s) Seems to me if we are going to solve the workforce shortage with automation, we need to develop people to support the automation for customer success and scalability, hence the vision and mission of Robotic WorX.

This years Spark of Engineering program is in the books! It was inspiring to see the impact the 3 day program had on the 16 STEM students of the School District of Lancaster and introducing them to careers and pathways into the fields of manufacturing and automation. Deep appreciation to program co-founders Stephanie McConnell and John Bridgen for bringing this program to reality. Thanks to the leading organizations in Lancaster for partnering with Precision Cobotics to make this possible: Armstrong World Industries, Buck Company, LLC, PrecisionForm Inc., Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Franklin & Marshall College and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology
