We launched this 9-part series because so many of you are considering big technology upgrades this year and you wanted to make sure that your teams navigated this change well. As you know, technology alone won’t fix everything. If your team doesn't have a clear, well-communicated vision, change can feel overwhelming. When that happens, teams resist, execution stalls, and momentum fades. So, in today's video, we’re talking about how to define and communicate a vision that works. Here’s how to get it right: ?? Define your end goal. Are you trying to speed up loan cycles? Improve the borrower experience? Expand market share? Get clear on what success looks like. ?? Be specific. A statement like “We want a better LOS” is too vague unfortunately. A statement like “We want a system that reduces loan cycle times by 20%” gives people direction and purpose. ?? Keep it simple. If your vision is too complex, no one will understand it. A clear, compelling statement makes it easier to communicate and execute. ?? Show how your team will be supported. Change brings uncertainty.
