It’s simple: your customers get a notification with a link getting them to an online portal where they can confirm or reschedule their appointment. Nothing crazy right? But wait… The rescheduling through the portal will account for: - the actual availability of your field techs (W2 or contractors), - their skill sets, - their location, - their assigned areas if any, - many more constraints… And your customers will be presented with slots that optimize the routes of your field techs.
