CPM Texas proudly served as the Owner's Representative for this project, which involved the complete interior demolition and renovation of the historic Townsend building on Congress Avenue. The result is a stunning two-level dining and entertainment space. Notable features include two kitchens, a skylight glazing system, a video room, a bar, and a studio/stage.
