关于我们

Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio works for healthy bodies and healthy communities by maintaining 15 health center locations in communities throughout Ohio. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio provides essential reproductive health care services. Our services are designed to help people make lifelong informed choices that focus on responsibility, prevention of unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and reproductive cancers. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio wants all people to have access to the facts about their bodies and their health so they have the means to decide freely about whether and when to have children. As a leading source of medically accurate sexuality education and information, we believe that sexuality education should begin at home, continue throughout life, and be fact based. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is an affiliate of the most trusted reproductive health care organization in the world, Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

  • This month, and every month, we celebrate Black joy, lives, and history. Black folx have shaped our country since the beginning, pushing it closer to its stated ideals of liberty and equal justice. It's vital to acknowledge the moments that have led us to where we are, while also keeping in mind that we cannot limit ourselves to only looking backwards. This work is ongoing and collective, as we fight alongside Black leaders to address our country’s legacy of systemic bias and build a more equitable future. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is proudly committed to supporting our Black patients, staff, volunteers, and supporters as we work to improve health equity for all. ??

  • Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In 1963, Dr. King said, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly." (from Letter from Birmingham Jail). Dr. King often spoke on the importance of bodily autonomy, health care justice, and reproductive rights. His life's work proved that our fights for liberation are intersectional. We are proud to provide affordable health care options for all Ohioans and working to ensure that Dr. King’s dream of health care justice is achieved.
