POZE offers a paradigm shift based on the understanding that human existence is the result of four dimensions – soul, heart, mind and body, expressed as aspirations, emotions, thoughts, and sensations. These 4 individual dimensions are symmetrical to the four collective dimensions that shape Society - micro, meso, macro, meta; People, organisations, countries, nature. Changing the World is neither naive nor impossible. It begins inside, at the center of this multi-dimensional dynamic - with the aspiration of individuals to change and be change. POZE is a pragmatic approach to help individuals ?nd and pursue their aspiration for meaning, thus to transform their context in which they live. It contributes to individual and collective well-being by helping individuals see and optimize the interplay between their inner and outer realm, between themselves and others. Everything is connected, within an ever changing continuum. Augmented Humanity requires the optimization of complimentarity. Based on 20 years of multidisciplinary research and experience POZE’s modular approach is applicable in any given country-context. The aim of the POZE Network is to connect like-minded thinkers and doers, seekers and founders who do not only believe in a Society where everyone has a fair chance to live up to their highest potential, but do something for it.

There’s an uncomfortable perspective often missed: AI reflects us. Its impact depends on our intent ?? Here are 4 overlooked challenges that hold big potential if we address them: 1?? Technology as a Mirror: GIGO vs. VIVO AI outputs are only as good as the inputs. To create a better world, we must shift from garbage in, garbage out (GIGO) to vision in, vision out (VIVO). 2?? Agency Erosion Our natural intelligence risks stagnation as we increasingly depend on AI. To thrive in an AI-driven world, we need double literacy—understanding both natural and artificial intelligence—starting from a young age. 3?? The Digital Divide While millions use AI, billions still lack basic necessities. With prosocial AI, we can address inequities and create a win-win-win-win for people, communities, countries, and the planet. 4?? Environmental Costs AI’s energy consumption and e-waste are unsustainable.
