Congratulations to Suzi Collins, CMRP, FAHRMM for being recognized as an Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) fellow. Suzi is an industry leader and also on our Power Supply Advisory Group. Well done Suzi!
I am very honored to share that AHRMM as recognized me as a Fellow within the organization. They have made some changes to the application process and are now considering years of experience as well as participation within the AHRMM organization. My journey began many years ago attending AHRMM as a vendor. I loved this conference in particular and would breakaway when I could from the booths to attend sessions. I took my CMRP in 2013 and have continued to maintain the designation since my original test! Though I was a vendor at the time; I felt it was a valuable certification and knew someday I would try for FAHRMM! I participated as a vendor at the local level for many years as well and then as a hospital based professional after starting with HonorHealth. When I returned to Arizona after finishing a large project in West Virginia in late 2016; I was finally able to dedicate even more time to my local chapter as well as AHRMM. I am currently serving on the Chapter Committee and also as President of our local chapter. I am very passionate about healthcare supply chain and also sharing best practices. We are such a vital part of the healthcare continuum, and it is my personal goal to continue to elevate hospital supply chain! This is truly an honor, and I will continue to share my passion and help future healthcare supply chain leaders!
