This week has been an amazing offsite week of laughing and learning with my team, the fantastic People and Performance leadership team #hereatkraftheinz. From attending the SHRM conference together, to discussing our deepest held values and aspirations in a learning experience facilitated by Lynn Utter and Aspen Institute Executive Leadership Seminars - this week was a reminder that working beside these thoughtful, talented humans is a privilege and a joy. Mid-week, we enjoyed an improv workshop facilitated by Katie Hammond, Creative Director of PowerSuit Improv. So fun! Also, illuminating. Highly recommend! A powerful week of laughter and learning.
