Shout out to Jon Stern and the Colorado Real Estate Journal for hosting a great Workplace & Design Conference yesterday. We were honored to have Brent Powers participate on the Hot New Products & Innovative Technologies panel alongside Emily Richards, Ryan Byrnes, Meghan Dougovito, and Philip Metzger. Among Brent's comments, he identified the huge leaps in acoustic glass performance and automation recently introduced by both Skyfold Inc. and Modernfold, Inc in addition to the free-form design capabilities made possible with the use of ETFE glazing systems from Bemo USA Corporation. We're fortunate to have so many talented designers and visionary developers in Denver, many of whom participated on other panels. Themes that resonated throughout the afternoon... indoor/outdoor connectivity (take advantage of those 400 days of sunshine😀), flexibility and adaptability, daylighting, connection to the neighborhood, social and emotional well-being, trends vs fads, growth in training needs / space, investing in corporate culture.
