The HEERF Ventilation Improvements project at the University of Arkansas Bell Engineering building showcases our ability to deliver seamless HVAC upgrades in fully occupied spaces. Powers installed new Siemens Building Automation & Controls on six custom air handlers, integrating everything into the university’s existing JCI Metasys system. Our team carefully completed the project without disrupting daily operations, demonstrating our expertise in: ?? Working in occupied spaces with minimal downtime ?? Integrating new systems into existing infrastructure ?? Flexibility to work with all types of control systems ?? Delivering budget-conscious solutions that enhance performance and efficiency This project is a great example of how we modernize facilities through thoughtful planning and close collaboration.
