Over the past month, the PACE Career Development Club has had the privilege of inviting four outstanding alumni speakers to share their unique insights and experiences with members. Each session provided valuable advice for those on their academic or career paths: ?? Danning Wu (Cornell University Master’s Alumna) Danning shared her graduate school application experience, providing detailed guidance on every step, from choosing schools to writing personal statements. Her advice was practical and helpful for members interested in applying to graduate programs. ?? Jialu Tan (Hong Kong University Master’s Alumna) Jialu focused on the marketing industry, sharing her job-hunting strategies and workplace insights. Her session helped members gain a clearer understanding of how to stand out in the competitive domestic market. ?? Larry Xu (Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor Alumnus) In the third session, Larry discussed the opportunities and challenges in the U.S. job market, especially in the finance industry. His career experience provided strong guidance for members aiming to enter investment banking. ?? Weiyuan Cai （UCLA Master’s Alumnus） Finally, Weiyuan shared in-depth insights into the finance and investment industry, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
