??? Meet our Team Spotlight! We're excited to introduce you to three members of our Next Gen Power Players, Maicca M., Andrea Kaklik and Zachary Vincent. Maicca, a Construction Coordinator at PowerHouse, is?responsible for project planning, organization, and the management of day-to-day operations across a variety of data center projects.?With 7+ years in real estate and data center construction, she previously managed?operating budgets and financial reports for?seven data centers at Digital Realty. Maicca is a passionate runner and traveler who recently visited Japan and has Portugal next on her list! Andrea is an Assistant Project Manager at PowerHouse where she drives project planning and operations. With 5+ years in process engineering and project management, she previously led infrastructure projects at DSI Tech, optimizing operations and large-scale upgrades. Andrea is fluent in Spanish, stays active with pilates and yoga, and loves podcasts! Zac Vincent is an Assistant Project Manager, supporting the expansion of PowerHouse data center construction projects in Texas. With 6+ years in commercial contracting, he previously served as a Senior Engineer at Holder Construction, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and pioneering the industry’s first modular hyperscale data center program. ?? Meet our Team spotlight: Remy Mooney Join us in introducing to you, Remy Mooney who was recently promoted to Director of Acquisitions at PowerHouse Data Centers! Remy's position includes sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring data center sites, and managing transactions from site selection through closing. With 9+ years in commercial real estate, he brings deep expertise in underwriting and acquisitions. Previously, Remy was a Capital Markets Associate at JLL, executing over $650M in retail asset sales. He also worked at Combined Properties, handling asset management for multi-family and retail properties. Outside the office, Remy is an avid golfer and paddle tennis player, a yacht rock fan, and enjoys boxing—both watching and training. ?? Meet our Team spotlight: Heather Murphy! Meet Heather Murphy, our Senior Counsel on our Legal team at PowerHouse. Heather brings over 25 years of experience in real estate law, providing legal guidance across acquisitions, dispositions, loans, and workouts. Her expertise in structured finance, joint ventures, and real estate transactions is a huge asset to our team. Before joining PowerHouse, Heather was Associate General Counsel at Pacific Western Bank, where she managed a $3.8 billion commercial real estate portfolio and played a key role in the sale of a multi-billion construction loan portfolio. She also has extensive experience in private practice, representing developers in complex transactions. A DC native, Heather is happy to be back in the area, close to family and longtime friends. Outside of work, Heather loves spending summers at Kiawah Island.
