Power Up Texas is thrilled to welcome the Monahans Chamber of Commerce and the Monahans Economic Development Corporation to our coalition! We are grateful for their support and are looking forward to the upcoming legislative session. ?The Monahans Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization which promotes business issues and concerns on behalf of its members for the betterment of the community. As the city moves forward, the Chamber will provide leadership and direction which will help set the course for the Monahans of the future. ?The Monahans Economic Development Corporation is a nonprofit corporation with a strong commitment to a diversified economy. The Monahans EDC is focused on building a strong future in Monahans by strengthening the tax base, creating jobs with good wages and benefits, and enhancing the quality of life for all.

Texas set an all-time record for largest percentage of grid load being supplied by battery energy storage on Sunday, November 10th.?? NEW RECORD!!: ERCOT broke the previous battery storage record on October 22 at 6:35 PM with 4,070MW being supplied to the Texas grid. This represented 6.8% of load in ERCOT and broke the record for largest percentage of the grid being powered by energy storage as well. #energystorage #batterystorage #Texasenergy #newrecord #ERCOT
