We're currently in the demolition phase, marking the first step towards a major transformation that will follow our work. The renovation will transform the space into the Down the Line Sports Center—an indoor facility for pickleball enthusiasts and more. The upcoming sports center will feature 18 state-of-the-art pickleball courts, cutting-edge golf simulators, and a vibrant sports bar for social gatherings. Our team will carefully dismantle existing structures, including walls, stairs, doors, windows, flooring and more to make way for the new amenities. Our MD team recently embarked on an exciting project at the Rockville Swim Center, where we took on the task of demolishing the existing pool filter tanks. This crucial step is paving the way for upcoming pool upgrades that promise to enhance the facility's performance and user experience ??♂? The demolition process involved meticulous torch-cutting techniques to ensure precision and safety. We are excited to kick off this Monday with a progress update on our ongoing project at Northwest Hospital in Maryland ?? Our crew has successfully completed the storefront removal in the first outdoor phase of the project. With that milestone achieved, they are now moving indoors to begin the concrete slab cutting for the second phase. It’s always inspiring to witness the progress of a job from start to finish and to appreciate the time, efficiency, and hard work put in by our crew. PCS has outgrown its first location in Richmond and is very excited to announce the grand opening of a 4,600 SF office and warehouse facility at 5370 S. Laburnum Ave. in Henrico, VA. Not only will our new location have more room for employees, tools, equipment, consumable materials and vehicles but it is also in close proximity to the city, Richmond Int’l Airport, I-95, I-295, & I-64.?A most convenient location will allow our VA Division to better respond to our customer’s selective demolition and abatement needs on projects in Richmond, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Williamsburg, Newport News, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.
