Together with our members, we are able to create transformational technological change. Thank you, Powdermet, Inc., for joining us as we Drive American Advanced Manufacturing Into the Future!
Last week, our team made a significant advancement in niobium alloy recycling in collaboration with LIFT, successfully reclaiming scrap niobium alloy C103 into new components while retaining over 100% of the high-temperature mechanical tensile strengths compared to virgin C103. This achievement represents a leap forward in technology and sustainability for critical materials in industries such as nuclear energy, aviation, and defense.
