Today, we are celebrating 3 milestones. 1) Our restructuring is complete with an equity offering that was over-subscribed at the close! 2) We are now lead by a new Board of Directors who share our passion for helping clinicians reduce the impact of hospital acquired AKI. 3) The company will be known simply as Accuryn Medical going forward in alignment with our singular focus on kidney care.
