Potomac Health Foundation is a private foundation located in Woodbridge, Virginia. The mission of the foundation is to improve the health of the community by increasing access to primary health care for the medically underserved. The Foundation makes grants that serve the communities of Eastern Prince William, South Fairfax, and North Stafford Counties in Virginia. Focus areas for the Foundation's strategic plan for 2017-2020 is access to health care, mental health and substance abuse, and capacity building.
