This year's Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) Leadership Forum was the biggest, most diverse yet. A sense of powerful forward-momentum filled the rooms as 800 professionals dedicating our careers to a just energy transition gathered in Washington, D.C. with a theme – "Amplifying Our Voices." Honoring Chatham House rules, direct quotes and riveting personal stories won't be recapped here. (You'll have to attend and support future WRISE events for career-elevating experiences and personal connections.) One takeaway is undeniable – no professional network is better prepared, skilled or up for the challenge to realize an equitable clean energy world than this community of phenomenal women leaders and allies.
