Seated Spinal Twist: Align, Detox, and Energize Seated Spinal Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana) is a powerful pose for spinal mobility, digestion, and energy flow. Beyond the physical, this pose is a reminder to let go—twisting away stress, stagnant energy, and emotional blockages. Breathe deeply, find length in your spine, and allow each exhale to create space for renewal. ? Desk Modification: Sit tall in your chair with both feet flat on the floor. Place your right hand on the armrest or back of the chair, and your left hand on your right thigh. Inhale to lengthen the spine, exhale to twist gently to the right. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides. A simple way to reset and refresh at work!
