#Celebrating #Connecting #Collaborating ??#IECF staff spent an amazing 2 days at the League of California Community Foundations 30th birthday celebration in #Fresno. We benefited from the shared wisdom and insight of 175 of our colleagues from more than 30 community foundations, and were inspired by an incredible slate of speakers, including Elena Chavez Quezada, Robert Golden of Golden Charter Academy and Luis Ortega of Storytellers for Change. ???????? ???Did you know that 99% of Californians are served by a community foundation? These place-based institutions are the conduit between generous philanthropists and the nonprofits that deliver vital services to our communities. ??That includes housing, climate and environment, education, jobs and so much more. Sometimes, though, we’re the best kept secret in our regions. ????Learn more about our efforts and join us in the necessary work we’re doing for our residents today and for generations to come. ?? ??Grateful to have spent this time with our CEO R.
