We are thrilled to recognize Jessie Tysor for her exceptional dedication and compassion with a WIN Award. Nominated by Tracie Cowden, Jessie went above and beyond over the past weekend to assist a patient in the ED who had been hit by a train and was admitted to the ICU. Despite the patient's severe injuries and communication challenges, Jessie provided outstanding care and support. She ensured effective communication with the patient's wife, who is also his caregiver and addressed the issue with his hearing aids, making a significant difference in their experience. Jessie's unwavering commitment to patient care and her ability to go beyond the call of duty truly exemplify the spirit of our team. Thank you, Jessie, for your incredible work!
