A great turnout at the Women in Architecture Happy Hour on Wednesday evening at Tawaw Architecture Collective Inc. in Tempe! The group heard from firm Principal, Wanda Dalla Costa, AIA, FRAIC, LEED AP who shared an inspiring message about indigenous women architects, the firms research-backed methodologies and even touched on her own personal journey in architecture. The firm’s name Tawaw is a Cree word meaning “come in, you are welcome, there is always room for you”. ??
