A few days back, the Boeing Center at Tech Port showcased once again its special role at the heart of a community of innovators. Longtime Port customer Booz Allen Hamilton hosted an Artificial Intelligence Demonstration Day within the flexible space at Capital Factory. The event brought together more than 250 people to for an immersive experience into the world of transformative AI solutions. “I'd say shame on us if we ever develop something in isolation and don't find a way to share that capability across a multitude of problem sets,” said Booz Allen Aerospace Vice President and retired U.S. Air Force Major General Barry Cornish. “Using AI technology that can apply to a host of different communities and different challenges, we ought to find ways to deliver that tech to help address current and future mission needs.” As the leading provider of AI to the Federal Government, Booz Allen Hamilton is committed to providing AI solutions that advance the country’s most critical civil, defense, and national security priorities. Good morning, San Antonio! Great seeing 2,000+ of our neighbors take part in District 4 / San Antonio Sports’ annual Heroes 5K run on a gorgeous Saturday. We began this tradition over a decade ago and now, with the support of the team Boeing Center at Tech Port, the D45K has become one of our community’s marquee events promoting well-being, goodwill and family fun! With special appreciation to our first responders and military members and their families—the Heroes whom we honor with gatherings like these.

The future approaches! We had a great time last night at the gathering hosted by the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) and the Urban Land Institute of San Antonio. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn from many visionary development leaders in our community about big plans across our region—one of America’s fastest-growing. Our colleagues Kara Hill, Sean Beers, Brian Booth, Stephanie Garcia?and Curtis Casey - as well as our partners at CBRE, including Amber Austin, Jenny Park and Christi Griggs - shared our own plans ahead to grow our state-of-the-art innovation campus. It was also the proud debut of our new Innovation Tower model—literally giving shape and helping visualize what will promise to be one of the most modern and iconic landmarks on our Tech Port campus and a calling card for the Alamo City as a global center for leading technologies.
