Out of Office replies are on, and bags are packed. Recently, our Product Manager, Grisha, took time off to explore her way through Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. During her expedition, she experienced different terrain and weather, including hail and snow! She also spotted beautiful wildlife such as elk, bison, and bears in their natural habitat. Our IT team recently came together for a fun team-building picnic/retirement party. CIO & Senior Vice President, Melissa, created this event three years ago for her team. The team bonding was invigorating, so it became a coveted event. She shared, “Team members bring great food, and it’s always fun. We always have a potluck contest where there are cash prizes for the top three dishes. We extend the invitation to their spouses, children, or family members. Team bonding is very important to me and my team. It is great to get to know them on a personal level and meet the important people in their lives. It puts a lot of perspective on their approach to their day-to-day work responsibilities and helps foster a sense of unity and pride in our company. I plan to continue this tradition for many years to come!”
