Honoring the legacy of Clara Scherer, a trailblazing woman in Detroit real estate and development. ? Nearly a century after she first commissioned the building at 1346 Broadway, this historic gem is being reimagined as The Belle. As part of Bedrock's Entertainment Zone, The Belle will introduce a residential component to the development, with ground-floor retail and dining. This restoration is a testament to Clara's vision and strength, along with the many women shaping Detroit’s skyline today.
