Last week we had the honor of joining Vista Prairie Communities and valued project partners at a groundbreaking ceremony for the Eagle Pointe Senior Living Community in St. Francis, Minnesota. Congratulations to Summit Orthopedics on the groundbreaking of their new Medical Office Building in Plymouth last week! We were thrilled to join Summit and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking that kickstarts redevelopment of the former Prudential Insurance campus. The new facility will offer patients advanced subspecialty orthopedic, sports, and spine care, as well as walk-in orthopedic urgent care services. The environment is designed to incorporate healing elements to support trauma informed design principles. A warmer and softer color palette, ample use of daylighting, and visual connections to nature create a welcoming environment for patients.
