Pop Ups Studio, an Audily Media Company, came together in 2010 to make music for kids our friends would want to listen to. Since then we have evolved into a full-service music and audio studio passionate about storytelling. We believe in showing kids that they can change the world. We strive to make listeners shake their heads and say, “I can’t believe this was made for kids!”

One year ago today, Raffi Bhardwaj, CFA, and I took the reins of the ABCmouse YouTube channel for Age of Learning with big ambitions and only a medium idea of what we were doing. I’m thrilled to share that our “half-baked” plans have more than paid off! We rolled up our sleeves and jumped in, and the results speak for themselves (but I'll say it anyway): the channel more than doubled organic views year over year to over 600 million, with an 80%+ increase in daily unique viewers, reaching 10s of millions of kids in that time. And speaking of milestones, our Halloween music video has been serving treats all month long! After just four weeks, it’s about to hit a million views, and once you hit play, it’s guaranteed to be stuck in your head all day. Huge thanks to Pop Ups Studio (Jason Rabinowitz and Jacob Stein) for the music, with Robert Parkison and Jade Kennard on video production and Lauren Braun Orlik on post, for getting this inescapable earworm stuck in my head for weeks now. And since I approach every LinkedIn post like I’m holding a hairbrush and practicing my Oscar speech, a special shoutout to YouTube’s very best, Dave Caldwell, for the incredible partnership and guidance along the way.
