    The Conference Board's "C-Suite Outlook 2025: Seizing the Future" report, based on a survey conducted in November 2024 with over 1,700 executives globally, including more than 500 CEOs, highlights the following key points and outlook for 2025: Key Points: 1. Top Geopolitical Concerns: - Intensified trade wars, particularly among the U.S., EU, and China, are identified as the primary geopolitical risk. - Foreign cyberattacks remain a significant concern, with 25% of CEOs and 36% of C-suite executives citing it as a high-impact issue. 2. Economic Challenges: - 46% of CEOs globally consider a potential recession as a high-impact issue for 2025, reflecting persistent economic uncertainty. - U.S. CEOs are particularly worried about national debt and deficits, with 51% viewing it as a major external concern. 3. Supply Chain Strategies: - A notable increase in supply chain adjustments is planned, with 71% of U.S. CEOs and 77% of European CEOs intending to alter their supply chains in the next 3-5 years. - Strategies include diversifying vendors and leveraging digital technologies and AI to enhance performance tracking. 4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Adoption: - AI is primarily enhancing workforce productivity. - However, 45% of CEOs globally identify a lack of expertise as the top challenge in implementing AI effectively. 2025 Outlook: ??
