On more complex matters that fall outside the scope of a traditional fixed rate, we charge an hourly rate that is substantially less than the rate charged even by smaller law firms. For companies with no in-house legal staff, we offer routine legal matters, and for larger companies with in-house counsel, we serve as overflow counsel to support spikes in workload and under-served areas of the business.
