This week, members of our talented sales team attended our Shapes Selling Skills training at the Service Center in Charlotte, NC! The training was hosted by Abby Caye, MBA and Claire Tart, MBA, who brought their energy and expertise to the sessions. The team tackled fundamentals – core values, overcoming sales challenges, and learning from mistakes – and came away with fresh strategies to increase sales, solve problems, and put their skills to the test by role-playing! In the evenings, the group had a blast on the pickleball court and enjoyed great food with even better company at team dinners with members from the Service Center.
