Be bigger than you are - don't mis-represent yourself but BIG in professionalism, industry knowledge, customer satisfaction, goals and needs. 2. Build relationship and reputation and care for your customer better than anyone else. This is one thing that can't be easily copied by competition. 3. Identify: - buyers, who make decision - customers, who get value - end users, who interact with a product In enterprise sales most of the time these are completely different people. 4. Emphasize security and be pro-active. It is hard, expensive, and in mist cases has nothing to do with the problem you are solving. But a startup that can say and proof to be the most secure solution for XYZ will stand out in any enterprise sale.
