As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, we are proud to mark a major milestone in our commitment to career development and continuous learning at PoloWorks, by launching our first apprenticeship programmes. In January, Anna Depner began her Marketing Executive Apprenticeship, enhancing her skills and expertise in the fast-moving world of marketing. Shortly after, Rob Cerrone Cert CII embarked on his Compliance Risk Officer Apprenticeship, supporting his transition into a new role while strengthening PoloWorks’ commitment to excellence in compliance. And this is just the beginning. Later this month, nine colleagues will start their Insurance Professional Apprenticeships, with further programmes already under discussion.
