We’re thrilled to have been part of another exciting project here at Polished Concrete Solutions LLC! Working closely with our clients during the initial design phase is something we truly love. It's always a rewarding experience to take their vision and turn it into a beautiful, functional reality. In April 2024, we were approached by The Venue at Stillwater Pond in Temple, GA, to help bring their rustic barn-themed wedding venue to life. With the help of Scofield Rustic Bark dye and GranQuartz’s Black Magic tooling, we were able to perfectly capture their vision. ?? SOFT CONCRETE ALERT ?? We recently had a fantastic opportunity to head down to Jacksonville, FL to take on a challenging but rewarding project — a 30,000 SF demo and polish to a Class B Level 2 finish. Removing multiple layers of old VCT and carpet that had been accumulating on the floor for over 10 years. As with any project, we encountered a few unique challenges along the way. One of the biggest hurdles? The soft concrete typical of Florida, which absorbed much of the densification liquids during the polishing process. This required us to densify twice to ensure the substrate was properly prepped for the final polish and make sure our client won’t have any issues in the future. It’s always satisfying to see a dull, gloomy, abandoned space transform into a bright, shining floor that our customer can truly appreciate. The final result was a smooth, functional, durable surface that really helped elevate the space. We love taking on projects like this — from overcoming challenges to delivering exceptional results.
