The Policy + System Change Network at the Center for Public Health Practice helps to elevate expertise and leverage the power of community networks to create sustainable systemic change. We work side-by-side to create conditions where stakeholders can step up—and step in—to innovate lasting change. We understand that improving people’s lives requires our combined skills, resources, and knowledge to successfully reach across boundaries.
